About granite threaded inserts

Date:2023/08/02

There are four types of inlays: Class I, II, III, and IV, among which Class I is a very stressed inlay; Class II is an important load-bearing insert; Class III refers to general load-bearing inserts; Class IV refers to non-standard load-bearing inserts.

Class I highly stressed inlays mainly serve as connections between large components such as the bed body, base, and crossbeam. On the drawing, highly stressed inserts are marked with a full circle black symbol.

Class II important stress inlay mainly refers to the fastening threads of the shaft system, guide rail, guide rail compression, and other precision required stress threads. On the drawing, important stress inlay is marked with a 1/2 black symbol.

Class III general load-bearing inlays refer to content other than Class I and II. On the drawing, generally the load-bearing inserts are marked with a 1/4 black circle.

Class IV non-standard load-bearing components are not constrained by the above three standards, and the main dimensions are automatically defined by the structural designer. Non main body dimensions refer to the standard for general load-bearing inserts.
